You need to remit the full invoice amount in either one of the following ways;

(1) Full invoice amount within 2 business days starting from and including the day you submit the purchase order.

(2) Initial payment of more than 20% of I/V amount or JPY100,000 whichever is greater, within 2 business days starting from and including the day you submit the purchase order. And outstanding amount within 9 business days starting from and including the day you submit the purchase order.

We accept your payment by T/T (Telegraphic/Wire Transfer) only to our bank Account. We accept payment in the Japanese Yen (JPY) only. Your T/T in the U.S. Dollar &/or Euro to our bank is acceptable but it will be credited in the JPY to our account after conversion into the Japanese Yen at the bank's exchange rate at the time of receipt. Please send us a copy of Bank Slip by Fax or E-mail as soon as you effect a T/T.

If we cannot confirm complete payment within 4 days, the contract is deemed to void. Please fax an evidence of T.T. as soon as possible.

Please note that the contract is formed upon receipt of full payment or initial payment. Gulliver International Stocks and Prior Auction Stocks are open for sale to Japanese private users and major Japanese car dealerships as well. We need to confirm your payment before the competitor purchases the vehicle. So please remit the amount and fax evidence of TT as soon as possible.

However, with regards to customers with deposit of more than 20% of I/V amount or JPY100,000 whichever is greater, the contract is formed upon your purchase order. In this case, outstanding amount shall be remitted by within 2 bank working days starting from and including the day you submit the purchase order. If we cannot confirm complete payment within 4 days, the deposit will not be returned. Please fax an evidence of T.T. as soon as possible. With regards to customers who choose to make partial payment, if we cannot confirm full payment within 9 business days, the initial payment will not be returned.

The vehicles will be served for the customer who arrange the payment first. Please note that there are times when we are not able to serve a car for you even if you have arranged payment, as our stock will be served for customer at arrival of payment basis. If a car has been reserved by other customer, we will supply an equivalent car for you.

Shipment of the purchased Cars will be effected by the first available vessel to the desired destination upon receipt of the full amount of payment.

We will send you the following Documents by Courier Service or EMS within 2 bank working days after the shipment is effected:
-Full set of Original Bills of Lading
-Our Invoice
-De-registration certificate in Japanese (with English Translation when requested).
Please advise us if Copies of Shipping Documents are required by Fax in advance.
