Yes, but please check your country's regulation before purchase. We are not a professional about your country's law. We cannot offer any advice, or introduce you to a car importer in your country. (1) How can I view the price of your stock?

Upon becoming a member and logged into our website, you will be able to see the FOB price for all vehicles. Search for your desired vehicle amongst thousands available every day. [Back To Top]

(2) How can I get an estimate for C&F price?

(3) How often is the stock list updated?

We do work our utmost to update our stock list. If the vehicle is sold, we will inform you immediately. [Back To Top]

(4) Can I purchase your cars with confidence even though I have not seen them with my own eyes?

(1) Our Company Stocks : We disclose information on interior/exterior damage, repair history, mileage etc. in accordance with the Japanese auction house evaluation criteria. Detailed condition is disclosed for your careful consideration.
(2) Gulliver International Stocks: These vehicles are inspected in details by the Gulliver International and are evaluated by the grading system into Grades 1,2,3,4 & 5. You can see full details on the inspection reports. No need to personally inspect Cars, because these inspection reports are accurate and reliable by reflecting the true condition of every vehicle.
(3) Prior Auction Stocks: These vehicles are inspected in details by the auction houses and are evaluated by the grading system into Grades 1,2,3,4 & 5. (5) How do you check the auction sheets?

» 4. How Can I Buy Vehicles From Globiz?
(1) How can I buy cars from your stock list?

(2) If I buy a car for FOB JPY500,000, what extra charges are there?

FOB includes all the costs to get the car on the ship and leaving Japan. Once the car arrives in your country you will pay freight collect, compliance, registration, duty, tax etc. and all other costs there. You will have to find out what these will be as each nation has different laws concerning car importing. [Back To Top]

(3) What happens if I do not pay within 2 days from the day of order?

If we cannot confirm complete payment by then, the contract is deemed to void. Please fax an evidence of T.T. as soon as possible.
Please note that the contract is formed upon receipt of full payment by T.T. Gulliver International Stocks and Prior Auction Stocks are open for sale to Japanese private users and major Japanese car dealerships as well. We need to confirm your payment before the competitor purchases the vehicle. So please remit the amount and fax evidence of TT as soon as possible in order to secure your order. [Back To Top]

» 5. After Purchase
(1) Could you adjust the kms back on my car after purchase?

We know it is common practice in Japan amongst exporters but sorry we don't do it. Please don't embarrass yourself by asking us. [Back To Top]

(2) Do you export Left Hand Drive Vehicles?

Japanese LHD vehicles are extremely rare and have usually been imported from some other country (for example the US). European LHD are more common and you can find a fair amount LHD European cars on our stock list [Back To Top]

(3) Can I cancel a car purchased on my behalf?

If you have to cancel the order, we may have to sell the car again at the auction in case of Prior Auction Vehicles and Gulliver Stocks. That would be a minimum of JPY30,000 for auction fees plus the transportation fee, and the difference in price if the car is sold under the purchase price. It is very difficult to get the same price you bought it for. The buyer will be responsible for any costs incurred. [Back To Top]

(4) Do you check the vehicles before shipping?

We check the vehicle thoroughly after purchase to see if there’s significant difference from the evaluation sheet. [Back To Top]

(5) Any maintenance & service work required upon arrival?

All the cars will be shipped "as is". We recommend that you should do maintenance check before driving to see if any service is required. [Back To Top]

(1) How do you make payment?

We accept your payment via bank transfer only. We accept neither Credit Card nor any other modes of payment. Please make Telegraphic/Wire Transfer into our bank account immediately after purchase. All bank transfers should be effected on your risks and account . [Back To Top]

(2) What are your terms of payment?

By Telegraphic/Wire Transfer through banks only.
Payment is by TT in Japanese Yen. Credit cards are not accepted. Payment must be made no less than 2 days after your order. Please note that the contract will not be formed unless we receive full payment by T.T and the vehicles will not be shipped until then. For further details please refer to our "Terms of Trade"

(5) Do you deal with foreign currencies?

No. We accept your payment only in the Japanese Yen as all the payment in Japan are performed in the J.Yen. But in case you have no means to remit in J. Yen, you may remit in the U.S.Dollars or Euro. In that case, we will convert the amount into J.Yen at our reveiving bank and receive the converted amount in the J.Yen. Any shortage of amount due to exchange rate fluctuation is to be borne by the buyers. [Back To Top]

Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping but, if you advise us in advance to insure your shipment, we will arrange insurance for you at an extra charge. [Back To Top]

(4) How will I know when my vehicle will sail?

When your vehicle has been booked for shipment, our shipping department will create a shipping notification that will be sent to you via e-mail or fax. [Back To Top]

(5) How long does it take to receive cars?

It depends on what country you are shipping it to. It can take up to 3 weeks to organize the paperwork and get the vehicle on the boat and then you have to allow the time on the water. See Shipping Information for indicative timelines for your country.

As some countries have strict import restrictions some vehicles may not be suitable for importation. Our trained customer service representatives will inform you on receipt of your order whether the vehicle is suitable for your country. Unfortunately as each country has different regulations that are constantly changing, it is not possible to list this information on our website .
