Please search for all the vehicles available for sale at auctions. Some cars are even sold for fixed price. If you find any vehicle of interest, please place bid on our Auction Order Form then Globiz Co., Ltd. will bid for the car on your behalf. Please note that we will only bid up to 10 times the amount of the deposit. And minimum deposit of JPY 100,000 is required for each bid per day. * So if you would want to bid for car up to JPY 2,000,000, deposit of JPY 200,000 is required. And if you would want to bid up to 5 cars a day, deposit of JPY 500,000 is required.

If your bids are successful, we will send you an invoice to your registered email address within 48 hours from the auction date. Please advise us if you don't receive an invoice in this time.

All payments shall be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) within 48 hours (2 working days) when the invoice is issued. Separate payment is not accepted. Please make sure to state your IV# upon remittance. Payment in other currency is acceptable, however it will be converted to Japanese Yen by our bank against the current exchange rate on the day the money is received. Globiz Co., Ltd. cannot be responsible for monies lost through exchanging currencies. The customer is obligated to pay his balance in full. If the IV amount is not paid in full within 48 hours, any deposit will not be refunded and Globiz Co., Ltd. resumes the right to sell the car back at the auction and all loss incurred will be on the customer's account.

Our logistics staff will arrange shipping to your destination port as soon as they confirm your final payment.

We will send you all documents i.e. bill of lading, shipping invoice, export certificate by Express Mail Service or DHL after completion of shipping.

After you receive documents, you may need to lodge these with a customs agent for customs clearance. Car registration requirements vary for each country. Please contact your local authority for these requirements.
