Through our system you can estimate your cost of each car before you order for bidding. Our system includes our handling commission, auction fee, FOB charges, ie. transportation, forwarder's fees, loading charges, etc., and ocean freight. 4. How to bid in auction?

You can place your order for participating in the auctions through our website. We provide complete information of each vehicle of the desired Models for your bidding. 6. What is advance for Auction?

An advance of J.Yen 100,000 or US$1,000.00 is for your bidding in auctions. We will acknowledge our receipt of your advance payment by sending our Credit Note in J.Yen and bid on your desired cars. 7. Can I purchase used cars with confidence even though I do not see them before auction?

You may rely on the vehicle's inspection system which has been developed and carefully structured by the Auction Houses where Cars are evaluated by the grading system into Grades 1,2,3,4 & 5. No need to personally inspect Cars, because these inspection reports are accurate and reliable by reflecting the true condition of every vehicle. [ Back To Top]

 
8. What is an offer/bid price?

Bid/budget/offer price should be quoted by you at which you want to buy a particular car. Generally, starting price is very low and several biddings push it up to a level of the market price. If you would make a very low bid, you may not get the vehicle. [ Back To Top]

 
9. How often are auctions held?

There are many auctions throughout Japan and most of them are held on weekly basis. We pick up your desired vehicles from appropriate auctions according to your instructions. 10. How to get market prices?

You can estimate your bidding price basing on the brand, kilometer, year, auction grade & accessories of the model in your country. Sometimes auction's starting price is "0" or at very low level. 11. How to check vehicles in auction sheets?

Generally auction sheets are made in the Japanese language but you may still read some contents as explained in English in the example page. We also translate some important words or signs therein into English. [ Back To Top]

 
12. Any charge on unsuccessful bids?

Yes, we charge you J.Yen 500 per bid even on your unsuccessful bid since Auction Houses charge it to us automatically. [ Back To Top]

 
13. What to do on successful bids?

If your offer price is successfully bided, you have to remit the balance amount to complete the full amount of your purchase by Telegraphic Transfer/Wire Transfer to our bank account immediately within 2 bank working days. Upon receipt of your full payment, we will ship your vehicles accordingly. In case of failure to remit the balance amount in time, your advance deposit will be lapsed and we shall sell the vehicles to other customers without advance notice to you. [ Back To Top]

 
14. What is your commission per unit?

We accept your payment via bank transfer only. We accept neither Credit Card nor any other modes of payment. Please make Telegraphic/Wire Transfer into our bank account immediately after purchase.
